At Western Reserve Public Media, we care about your privacy and our relationship with you!

Your e-mail address will only be used by Western Reserve Public Media and will never be provided to an organization outside of Western Reserve Public Media not specifically working on any e-mail or Web-related project for the station’s business.

For each visitor that signs up for our e-mail list, we collect only the information that is requested on the list sign-up form. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*). Our Web servers may collect the domain name or IP address of visitors to our Web page(s). Unless otherwise stated on our Web site, we collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by you such as, but not limited to, list sign-up information, survey information, and/or site registrations. We also may collect clickstream information.

The information we collect may be used 1) to create an aggregate demographic profile of our viewer and member base so that we can improve content and services and provide aggregate information to Western Reserve Public Media partners; 2) to customize the content and/or layout of our e-mail messages or pages for each individual visitor; 3) to notify you about updates to our Web site and services; 4) to send you e-mail newsletter(s); and 5) to provide you with the products and/or services for which you signed-up or registered, which may include sending service disruption notices or other service- or product-related information via e-mail.

This list is not shared outside Western Reserve Public Media without your consent. Upon request, we will provide you with the information (e.g., e-mail address, name, etc.) that we maintain about you.
